Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AI ALGO TECH (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use the Eacho website (eacho.ai), the Eacho mobile application, and related services (the “Services”). It should be read together with ourTerms and Conditions,User Agreement, andCookies Policy.
Depending on your location, additional rights may apply under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR, Swiss FADP, California CCPA/CPRA, or other local privacy statutes. Where those laws are mandatory, they control over conflicting statements in this Policy.
1. Controller
AI ALGO TECH is the organization responsible for determining how and why personal information is processed in connection with the Services, except where a third party (such as your broker, Apple, or Google) processes information as an independent controller under its own policy.
2. Personal information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Identity and contact data — such as name, email address, phone number, country/region, language preference, and profile details you submit.
- Account and authentication data — account IDs, hashed or tokenized credentials, and security logs related to sign-in.
- Device and technical data — IP address, device identifiers, operating system, app version, browser type, time zone, crash/diagnostic logs, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Usage data — pages viewed, features used, strategy selections, subscription status, referral/attribution parameters, and in-app events.
- Trading-related metadata you connect or generate in-app— such as linked broker account identifiers (as provided by you or the integration), strategy assignments, status (e.g., subscribed/not subscribed), and performance or equity figures displayed in the app. We do not intend to collect your full card PAN or broker password in plaintext; do not send passwords to support channels.
- Communications — support messages, feedback, and correspondence.
- Payment-related data — limited billing metadata from app stores or processors (for example transaction IDs and subscription status). Card details are typically processed by Apple, Google, or payment processors, not stored by us in full.
We do not knowingly collect special-category data (such as health or biometric templates) for the core Services. If you voluntarily provide sensitive information in free-text fields, we will process it only as needed to respond or secure the Services.
3. Sources of information
We collect information directly from you, automatically from your device when you use the Services, and from third parties you authorize (for example brokers or platforms you connect) or that help us operate the Services (hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, and app stores).
4. Purposes and legal bases
We process personal information to:
- provide, authenticate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- enable strategy features, account views, and connected-platform functionality;
- process subscriptions and fulfill purchases;
- communicate service notices, security alerts, and (where permitted) product updates;
- monitor abuse, fraud, security incidents, and compliance risks;
- analyze aggregated usage to improve reliability and product design;
- comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our agreements; and
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests (such as securing and improving the Services in a manner that does not override your rights), consent (for non-essential cookies/marketing where required), and legal obligation.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information to:
- Service providers / processors that host infrastructure, provide analytics, messaging, customer support, security, or AI-related processing on our instructions (for example cloud providers);
- Integration partners you choose, such as brokers or trading platforms, so the features you enable can function;
- App stores and payment processors for distribution and billing;
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) under confidentiality obligations;
- Authorities and counterparties when we believe disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect rights/safety, or related to a corporate transaction (merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets), subject to appropriate safeguards.
Third parties that act as independent controllers (including your broker) process data under their own policies. Review those policies before linking accounts.
6. International transfers
We and our providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards) for cross-border transfers of personal data.
7. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including to provide the Services, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data category. When no longer needed, we delete or irreversibly anonymize information where feasible.
8. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and devices used to access the Services.
9. Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise rights, contact us using the methods in Section 13. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Some rights are not absolute (for example, we may retain data needed for legal compliance or security).
Marketing communications: where we send optional product emails, you can unsubscribe using the link in the message or by contacting us. You cannot opt out of transactional or security messages required to operate your account.
California residents may have additional rights regarding disclosure of categories of personal information collected, shared, or sold (as those terms are defined under California law), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights. We do not knowingly “sell” or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly defined, but if our practices change we will update this Policy and provide required opt-outs.
10. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
11. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies. Details are in theCookies Policy.
12. Automated decision-making
Strategy tools and AI features may automate trading-related instructions that you enable. Those features relate to product functionality you choose to turn on; they are not used to make legal or similarly significant decisions about you without human involvement except as needed for fraud prevention, security, or eligibility controls. You remain responsible for enabling, monitoring, and disabling automation.
13. Contact
For privacy requests or questions, contact AI ALGO TECH through in-app support or the contact method published on eacho.ai. Please include enough detail for us to identify your account and request.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we post revisions. Material changes may be highlighted in-app or on the website where appropriate.
